Regulation No. 44 Regulations On The Campaign Finance Of The Committees Covered Under The Act To Implement The Statehood Petition Of The 2020 Plebiscite”, Act 165-2020

The purpose of these Regulations is to implement the requirements and obligations that must be met before the Office of the Election Comptroller by political parties, groups of citizens or political action committees of all kinds, or natural or legal persons, who represent, or campaign for or against any of the status alternatives presented in the consultation held in accordance with Act 165-2020, including its registration, electronic filing of reports, keeping a complete and detailed accounting, dissolution process and other duties and obligations imposed by said Law and Act 222-2011, as amended.
